This policy explains what [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Loopr", "we") collects when you use Loopr, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your projects, uploads and settings in the Studio are mainly stored in your own browser. Exported videos are created on your device.

How we use it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your content to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Files sent for transcription or voice generation are processed to return a result and aren't kept by us afterwards. Delete your account and we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@looprlabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

Loopr isn't for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

We'll post updates here and notify you of significant changes. Questions: hello@looprlabs.com.
