These terms govern your use of Loopr (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Loopr", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away at hello@looprlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Plans, billing and cancellation

The free trial includes one complete video (and a limited number of edits to it), exported with a Loopr watermark; it does not renew or reset. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year, depending on the billing period you choose, until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage billing in the Studio, and you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Paid-plan monthly allowances (videos, edits, voiceover characters) reset each calendar month and don't roll over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (footage, images, logos, music, scripts) and, as between you and us, of the videos you create. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transform your content only to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music and any people who appear in your footage.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video, captions, scripts and voice. Output may be inaccurate or resemble other content, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users. Review everything before you publish it. You're responsible for how you use your videos, including making sure claims in ads and marketing are true. Copyright protection for AI-assisted work varies by country.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Loopr to create or share content that:

• is illegal, infringes others' rights, or uses someone's likeness or voice without permission;
• impersonates a real person, brand or organization, or is designed to deceive (for example fake endorsements, fake financial results or balances, fraudulent ads or scams);
• is sexually explicit, harasses or threatens others, or promotes violence or hate;
• is misleading election or health information.

Also don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Loopr running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice before removing something material from a paid plan.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@looprlabs.com. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled in its courts, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
